Health Agreement

WHAT'S NEW
New Regulations

Due to Santa Clara County regulations, health risks, and high demand, the following is required:

  • Masks are required for the entirety of your appointment
  • No indoor waiting area, outdoor seating available (social distanced)
  • No pets allowed inside
  • Only one person will be permitted inside the shop for the scheduled appointment time, with the exception of a parent/guardian or someone that requires additional assistance
  • The retail area is limited to one customer at a time
  • For the time being, clients who are either elderly or at risk are advised to continue to shelter in place and social distance but still may make an appointment if they meet the requirements of our health agreement.
What to Expect

Due to the high demand and implementation of new procedures, please expect and adhere to the following:

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in
  • Sign our Health Agreement on the same day as your appointment
  • All bookings will require a credit card, first & last name, and email to book
  • 24-hour Cancellation Policy will be strictly enforced
  • At the start of your appointment, your barber will escort you from our outdoor waiting area to your chair
Sanitation

We will continue to adhere to state board and county regulations with the following:

  • All tools and surfaces are inspected and cleaned between each client
  • Complimentary hand sanitizer is offered upon entry and exit
  • Consistent use of handwashing and hand sanitization
  • Sanitizer is available throughout the shop and at every station
  • Shop cleanliness is maintained throughout the entire day

YOUR HEALTH
Protect Yourself Against COVID-19
  • Know how it spreads. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus
  • Wash your hands. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid close contact. Put 6 feet of distance between yourself and people who don’t live in your household. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members.
  • Cover your mouth and nose. Always wear a cloth face cover when around others.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes. Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow and do not spit.
  • Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
  • Monitor Your Health Daily. Be alert for symptoms and take your temperature if symptoms develop.

COVID-19 Symptoms

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Emergency Warning Signs*

If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:

  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Bluish lips or face
